Ugh, had some pretty bad days food-wise. I really fell off the wagon going on college visits. BUT: UPSIDE- I found out I’m getting stronger which is great and discovered spicy kale chips! Super easy, super fun, super tasty, and basically no calories! I’m in love!!
Officially lost my spring break weight! :)
In a time crunch today but I managed to do the elliptical for 25 minutes. Usually I do 35-45 but I still felt it necessary to at least try to get as much as I can! I’ll post food stats later.
